Beds24
This article explains the steps necessary to connect your Beds24 (or GoDo) account to the RoomPriceGenie RMS.
We need the following information from you:
- Hotel code
*All GoDo clients must follow the same steps as mentioned in this article.
We need your Hotel code from Beds24. This is a numeric ID that identifies the property inside Beds24. The steps below show you where to find it.
How to find your Beds24 hotel code:
- Log in to your Beds24 account.
- In the left-hand menu, go to Settings and then click on Properties.
- Your hotel code is displayed next to your property name. It is a numeric value (for example: 213870).
NOTE: If you manage multiple properties in Beds24, each one has its own hotel code. You will need to repeat the connection steps for each property you want to connect to RoomPriceGenie.
Open the RoomPriceGenie App in Beds24:
The connection is initiated from inside Beds24, through the Beds24 Marketplace.
- In your Beds24 account, go to Marketplace in the left-hand menu.
- In the search bar at the top right, type Genie to find the RoomPriceGenie app.
- On the RoomPriceGenie card, click on "Connect" to open it.
Once you open the RoomPriceGenie card inside Beds24, you will see a list of your properties and room types:
- Use the dropdown at the top to select the property you want to connect.
- A list of room types will appear, each showing the room name and its Beds24 Room ID. Check the Enable box next to each room type you want to synchronize with RoomPriceGenie.
- Click Save to confirm your selection.
NOTE: Only the room types you enable here will be visible and manageable inside RoomPriceGenie. The client can come back and adjust this at any time.
NOTE: After completing the steps, please send this Hotel Code/s (via email) to your contact person in RoomPriceGenie.
