Access the interface configuration

In AIDA.X, go to Schnittstellen → RoomPriceGenie.

This opens the configuration window for the RoomPriceGenie interface.

1. Enter the credentials provided by RoomPriceGenie
   
   In the parameters table, fill in the following fields exactly as shared by the RoomPriceGenie team:
   
   
   • Property ID
   • Client ID
   • Client Secret
     
     
2. These three values are unique per hotel and are issued by RoomPriceGenie once the integration setup is initiated.
   
   
3. Do not modify any other parameters at this stage
   
   The remaining fields (e.g., MyAida credentials, transfer interval, mappings) will be configured later or remain with their default values.
   
   

Room and Rate Mapping in AIDA.X

Once the Property ID, Client ID, and Client Secret have been entered, the next step is to configure the room and rate mapping between AIDA.X and RoomPriceGenie.

1. Open the Room Mapping

• In the same interface configuration screen, double-click on “Kategorien Mapping”.

• This opens the mapping window for room categories. In this section, each internal room type in AIDA.X must be linked to the corresponding room in RoomPriceGenie.

💡 The goal is to ensure that RoomPriceGenie receives and updates prices for the correct room types.

2. Open the Rate Mapping

• Similarly, double-click on “Raten Mapping”.

• This opens the Rate Mapping window (Interface – Datenkonvertierungen → Raten Mapping).
  
  
• Here, you can match each internal rate code from AIDA.X (shown under “Intern”) to the external rate code used by RoomPriceGenie (shown under “Extern”).

3. Save the changes

After completing both mappings (rooms and rates), confirm and save the configuration before closing each window.

Full Data Synchronization (Send Mapping to RoomPriceGenie):

1. Open the Interface Center (Schnittstellenzentrale) in AIDA.X.
   
   
2. From the list on the left-hand panel, select RoomPriceGenie.
   
   
3. In the top section (Standard), click on “Gesamtdatenabgleich” (Full Data Synchronization).
   
   This action sends all configured data —including room and rate mappings— from AIDA.X to RoomPriceGenie.
   
   
4. Once the synchronization has been completed, please inform the RoomPriceGenie team so we can verify and complete the mapping on our side.

1. Gesamtdatenabgleich → Full Data Sync Sends all available data (rooms, rates, availability, reservations, etc.) to RoomPriceGenie.
2. Verfügbarkeiten senden (komplett) → Send Availabilities (Complete) Sends the complete availability data to the system, without filtering by dates.
3. Daten abholen → Fetch Data Retrieves general information from RoomPriceGenie to AIDA.X.
4. Raten senden (komplett) → Send Rates (Complete) Sends all active rates to the system.
5. Update → Update Performs a manual update of the interface data set.
6. Verfügbarkeiten senden (Differenz) → Send Availabilities (Differences Only) Sends only recent availability changes from AIDA.X to RoomPriceGenie.
7. Reservierungen abholen → Fetch Reservations Downloads reservations from RoomPriceGenie to AIDA.X (if applicable for the interface).

Send Availability and Rates

Once the RoomPriceGenie team confirms that the mapping has been completed on our side, proceed with sending the availability and rates from AIDA.X.

1. In the Interface Center (Schnittstellenzentrale), select RoomPriceGenie from the left panel.
   
   
2. Use the following buttons in the Standard section:
   
   
   • Button 2 – Verfügbarkeiten senden (komplett) → Send Availabilities (Complete)
     
     
   • Button 4 – Raten senden (komplett) → Send Rates (Complete)
     
     
3. After both actions have been executed, please inform the RoomPriceGenie team so they can verify that the data has been successfully received and inform you about the next steps.
