Annwn Stays PMS

This article explains the general process required to connect your Annwn Stays account with RoomPriceGenie.

The Annwn Stays support team will assist you through all steps to ensure the integration is configured correctly and that data synchronises properly. They will remain involved in communication during the entire process.

Step 1: Connection Setup

RoomPriceGenie will provide both you and the Annwn Stays support team with the credentials required to establish the connection:

  • Property ID

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

Once the credentials are shared, the Annwn Stays team will activate the integration for your account, enabling the RoomPriceGenie channel so you can enter the credentials listed above.

During this stage, Annwn Stays will also verify that the technical configuration is correct and that the connection URL is properly set on their side.

When Annwn Stays confirms that the integration has been activated for your account, you can enter the credentials as follows:

  1. Go to Settings > Properties and select the corresponding property.

2. Inside the property, locate the section RoomPriceGenie Credentials.

Enter the Property ID, Client ID and Client Secret in the corresponding fields.

Step 2: Room and Rate Mapping

Once the credentials are added, you must activate the corresponding rooms for the mapping and inventory that will be sent to RoomPriceGenie.

To complete this process, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Rooms or Room Types.

2. Open the room you want to activate for RoomPriceGenie. In this example, it is the first room in the list.

3. Locate the section RoomPriceGenie Integration.

4. Activate the corresponding room so that it can be sent to RoomPriceGenie.

 

5. Once all relevant rooms are activated, please notify our team so we can validate that the information has arrived correctly and proceed with the mapping.

Step 3: Initial Data Synchronisation

After the RoomPriceGenie team completes the mapping, they will send you a confirmation email so you can continue with the next steps.

  1. Return to the section RoomPriceGenie Credentials mentioned in Step 1.
  2. In the Sync Actions area, click Sync Availability and then Sync Prices.

This will send availability and prices to RoomPriceGenie.

RoomPriceGenie will then verify that all data has been received correctly and will confirm accordingly.

Step 4: Price Upload Test

Once availability and prices have been received correctly in RoomPriceGenie, our team will notify both you and the Annwn Stays team.

The next step is a test to verify that updated prices from RoomPriceGenie reach the Annwn Stays system:

  • Our team will manually modify a future price and send it so you can validate that it updates correctly on the indicated date.

  • Once received and validated, please confirm with the RoomPriceGenie team.

  • You can review the updated price from the Calendar section.

After completing this part of the process, our team will share the next steps required to finalise the configuration.
