      Apaleo: Activate Dashboard

      Do you want to activate the Dashboard feature in RoomPriceGenie? Then read along and follow the steps mentioned in this article

      The dashboard is a newly introduced feature in our RoomPriceGenie app which provides you with information on your Revenue, Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR. You may use this feature to keep a track of your performance by comparing the figures from last year. If you wish, you may also download a PDF report.

       

      Please follow the steps mentioned below.

       

      Step 1: Disconnect the RoomPriceGenie app in Apaleo

       

      Step 2: Sign up once again via SSO

      • To set up the property via SSO, you first need to go to our website (app.roompricegenie.com)
      • Click "Connect with SSO"
      • Click "Connect with Apaleo" and then it will redirect you to log in to your Apaleo account with your username and password
      • After you log in, you must select the correct property from the list (please note only one property can be selected per SSO sign-up)

      Step 3: Inform us that you have completed the above and we will activate it on our end

       

      Please note: Disconnecting RoomPriceGenie in Apaleo and then signing up again with SSO is important as this way it refreshes the connection and our team will be able to activate the Dashboard feature for you.
