Class One (PMS)
This article explains the steps necessary to connect your Class One account to the RoomPriceGenie RMS.
Step 1:
In the PMS, go to Menu → 9.A. Master Connection OTA’s → RoomPriceGenie section.
In this section, RoomPriceGenie will provide the following credentials:
-
Client ID
-
Client Secret
-
Hotel Code (Property ID)
These must be entered exactly as provided.
Step 2:
In the same section, please configure the following parameters:
-
Agency: Select the agency used for sending and updating restrictions.
-
Days to Export: Choose either 365 days (12 months) or 550 days (18 months) for how far ahead data will be exported.
-
Test Mode: Enable this only if you want to generate inventory without sending it to RoomPriceGenie.
-
Export Quotas/Rates (Mandatory): Must be enabled to include quotas and rates in the export.
-
Export Restrictions: Optional; allows inclusion of restrictions when sending inventory.
-
Export Times: Choose up to 20 times per day when data will be sent automatically.
RoomPriceGenie recommends exporting at least at 01:45:00, 06:45:00, 10:45:00, 14:45:00, and 18:45:00.
Step 3:
Map your rates as follows:
-
Click Rates to open the configuration popup.
-
In the PMS Rate field, select the desired rate.
-
In the OTA Rate field, enter the code that will be sent to RoomPriceGenie (usually the same as the PMS rate).
-
Click Save.
The new mapping will then appear in the table on the left-hand side.
Step 4:
Map your rooms.
For this integration, it is common to map all rooms for all rates.
To simplify this, click Initialize Rooms — this will automatically create mappings for all rooms (excluding event and virtual rooms) for all configured rates.
Step 5:
Verify the connection and send mappings.
-
Click the Ping button to check that the configuration and connection to RoomPriceGenie are correct.
-
Once the mappings are ready, click Send Mapping to send them to RoomPriceGenie.
-
This step is only required when there are new or updated mappings.
-
-
After sending mappings, you can send the inventory manually by clicking Send Inventory (Enviar Inventario).
Alternatively, go to 9.2. Manual Inventory Submission to send it manually from there.
To resend inventory for a specific date range, click Force Inventory Submission and select the desired dates.
💡 Important:
For the first inventory submission, RoomPriceGenie recommends exporting between 12 and 18 months of data.💡 Important:
If RoomPriceGenie sends rate or restriction updates and there are configuration errors, a notification will be sent to the email address set in the Reservation Email (TO) field within the common OTA configuration.Make sure this field contains a valid and monitored email address.
