      Cubilis

      This article explains the steps necessary to group RoomPriceGenie with Logis Manager in Cubilis

      Important

      It is essential to add RoomPriceGenie to the same group as Logis Manager.

      This will ensure we receive availability data from Cubilis. By doing so we can calculate prices and send them back to Cubilis.

      Note: You can do this once RoomPriceGenie is activated in Cubilis

       

      NEW Cubilis Version: Follow this step-by-step guide for instructions

      1. Go to Menu > Calendar. 
      2. Click on the 3 dots next to the group or channel where the Cubilis channel is active
      3. Choose Add group or Edit group
      4. Make sure you activate both Cubilis & RoomPriceGenie to make sure they are in 1 group 
      5. Click on Save

       

      OLD Cubilis Version: Follow this step-by-step guide for instructions


      1. Go to Rates & Accommodation > Manage group overview
      2. Choose a name for the group and click on Add
      3. Go to Rates & Accommodation > Group overview
      4. Click on the three dots above the group table and select both Logis Manager
        & RoomPriceGenie

      NOTE: After you have completed the above steps, please confirm with your RoomPriceGenie contact person.
