This article contains a step-by-step guide on how to connect your Levart account with RoomPriceGenie.
Initial Setup in Levart:
- Access the Channel List
Log in to your Levart account and navigate to the list of available channels. - Add RoomPriceGenie as a Channel
In the channel list, locate RoomPriceGenie and click on “View” to open the channel configuration page. - Open Login / Settings
Once inside the RoomPriceGenie channel page, click on “Logins / Settings” to access the credential setup. - Enter the Credentials Provided by RoomPriceGenie
Fill in the following fields using the credentials shared by the RoomPriceGenie team:
- Property ID → Username
- Client Secret → Client Secret
- Client ID → Client ID
- Property ID → Username
- ⚠️ Important:
- Do not modify any other fields.
- Make sure to disable Test Mode.
- Click Login / Update once the credentials are entered.
- Do not modify any other fields.
Please make sure the “Initial Inventory Sync Completed” check-box is OFF while doing this for the first time.
Room and Rate Mapping in Levart
- Access the Channel Settings
From the RoomPriceGenie channel page, click on “Add/Remove Profile Rates”.
From this view, the property can select or filter which rooms and rates they want to send to RoomPriceGenie.
Once the selection is made, the mapping will become visible in the main channel configuration screen under the “Channel Mapping” section.
Send Inventory (Initial Room Sync)
- To push the room inventory from Levart to RoomPriceGenie, click on “Reload Rooms”.
- Make sure that the option “Initial Inventory Sync Completed” is unchecked before triggering this step.
- Once the inventory has been successfully sent, please inform the RoomPriceGenie team so that we can complete the mapping setup on our side.
- After the mapping confirmation from RoomPriceGenie, proceed to perform a Force Pull.
This action will push rates and availability from Levart to RoomPriceGenie.
- Once the Full Sync is complete, please inform the RoomPriceGenie team again so we can verify that the data is being received correctly.
Please make sure to avoid clicking “Full SYNC” instead, since this will only push changes, instead of the whole availability and prices data for the next 365 days. Force Pull must be clicked instead.
