Newbook

This article explains the steps necessary to connect your Newbook account to the RoomPriceGenie RMS.

We need the following information from you: 

  1. Hotel ID
  2. Region
  3. Mapping information

 

Please follow the below steps to establish an integration with RoomPriceGenie:

  1. Please send an email to Newbook General Support (support@newbook.cloud) requesting integration with RoomPriceGenie. 
  2. In the email, you must request the following (for sample email, scroll below):
    - Hotel ID, 
    - Region, and 
    - Mapping information
  3. Please ask them to include (cc - hello@roompricegenie.com) in their reply.
  4. Newbook General Support will reply with a step-by-step process you need to do in your account. It will take you hardly 5-15 minutes to complete those steps.

  5. Once done, please inform your contact person from RoomPriceGenie and they will go ahead and set up the account for you in RoomPriceGenie.

Hello Newbook Team,

I'm in the process of connecting my account to RoomPriceGenie.

Please kindly reply to this email and copy in - hello@roompricegenie.com.

Please advise on the following:

  • Hotel ID
  • Hotel region 
  • Mapping information
