The following article describes how users can manage, upgrade or downgrade their RoomPriceGenie subscription.
Subscribe to RoomPriceGenie
Adding your payment method in RoomPriceGenie is just as easy. Please go to Account Settings and Subscription in your RoomPriceGenie account. In case your trial has already run out, you will automatically see the Subscription page when you log in.
Look at the example below. You will see all the necessary information regarding your account, including the monthly or annual fee. Paying annually will always come with a discount. Select the plan you want to subscribe to and add your payment details. That’s it 🙂
Upgrade or Downgrade your RoomPriceGenie subscription
Changing your subscription is quite easy as well. Maybe you are feeling comfortable with RoomPriceGenie, and you would like to switch from monthly to yearly payments or maybe you would like to switch from your current plan.

Upgrading your Subscription
Please go to Account Settings and Subscription in your RoomPriceGenie account. Here, you’ll see the plan which you are currently subscribed to. Just click on upgrade and you’re going to level up.
NOTE: When you upgrade an account, our Customer Success and Revenue Management Team will get in touch with you to make sure you are getting the most out of the plan.

Downgrading your Subscription
Please go to Account Settings and Subscription in your RoomPriceGenie account. Here, you’ll see the plan which you are currently subscribed to. Just click on Contact us and the Customer Success Team shall contact you.
NOTE: When you downgrade an account, our Customer Success and Revenue Management Team will get in touch with you and make the according changes to your RoomPriceGenie account.
