This article explains the general process to connect your Suitech PMS with RoomPriceGenie.

Suitech PMS - Integration Overview and Setup Process

The Suitech Support team will assist you during each step to ensure the integration is configured correctly and your data synchronizes as expected, they will be involved in the communication for this process.


Step 1: Connection Setup

RoomPriceGenie will provide you and Suitech Support team with the necessary credentials to establish the connection:

  • Property ID

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

The Suitech team will help you enter these credentials in the correct section within your PMS and confirm that the integration has been established successfully.

During this stage, Suitech will also verify that the technical setup is correct and that the connection URL is configured properly on their side.


Step 2: Room and Rate Mapping

Once the connection is active, Suitech Support will guide you through mapping your rooms and rate plans to RoomPriceGenie, sending us a push of the inventory data.

This step ensures that each room and rate from your PMS corresponds correctly to those in RoomPriceGenie.


Step 3: Initial Data Sync

After the mapping is completed by the RoomPriceGenie team, Suitech will send an initial synchronization of data (availability and prices) from your PMS to RoomPriceGenie.

This first data transfer usually covers the next 365 days to allow RoomPriceGenie to display complete information in your calendar.

RoomPriceGenie will then verify that all data has been received correctly.


Step 4: Price Upload Test

Once the Availability and Prices are received correctly on RoomPriceGenie’s side, our team will provide a confirmation to you and Suitech team.


After this step, we will request the Suitech team to perform a pull price request in order to get a price upload test from RoomPriceGenie for a specific date in the future.


After this step is completed, please confirm with RoomPriceGenie team that the rate has been updated on the Suitech system in accordance with the rates set for testing purposes on RoomPriceGenie side.


Once this is done, our team will share with you the next steps to move forward with the process.
