This article will provide a step-by-step overview of creating a new user in Thaïs. We will also let you know what other essential information we need from your end in order to set up a connection with RoomPriceGenie.
To integrate your account with RoomPriceGenie, we need the following information from your end:
- Username
- Password
- PMS Login URL (this is your unique login URL)
You can assign a Username and Password when you create a new user. Follow the step-by-step overview as mentioned below to create a new user.
Creating a new user:
- To do this, go to "Users".
- Click "+" at the top left of the screen.
- On the left page, enter the user's login information.
- Username: RPGHotelExample
- Password: RPG123
- Keep the Time Out as 0 and activate the user.
- Once finished, click on "Validate" on the bottom left corner of the page.
To modify the user rights:
- Click on the created user and on the button "Droits de" in red.
- You will then be able to modify the rights of your user.
- Once finished, click on "Validate".
