Vacant.com (PMS)

1. Open the Vacant PMS App

• Log into your Vacant.com account.
• From the main navigation, open the property selector at the top of the screen and choose the property you wish to connect (e.g. Hotel Mai Downtown Long Beach).

2. Access Property Settings

• Click the menu icon (☰) or your property name.

• Select Property settings from the dropdown.

3. Go to Room Rates

• In the Settings page, locate the left-hand menu.

• Scroll down and select Room rates.

• At the bottom of this section, you’ll find a subsection called Add-ons.

• Click on RoomPriceGenie.

4. Enable RoomPriceGenie Integration

• On the RoomPriceGenie page, click the Enable button to activate the integration option.

• Once enabled, a form will appear with three required fields:

  • Property ID

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

5. Enter Credentials from RoomPriceGenie

• Copy the three values that RoomPriceGenie team has shared with you and paste them into the corresponding fields, then click on "Connect":

6. Connect the Account

• Vacant PMS will start the authentication process, therefore their system will show the following message:

• RoomPriceGenie will inform Vacant team to activate the connection.

• Once completed, the status will change from Pending to Active in Vacant’s application.

7. Verification and Sync

• After activation, please inform our team. Our Genies will proceed with the mapping upon confirmation. Once the mapping is done please perform a Full Sync to push Availability and Rates to RoomPriceGenie:

Once this is done, please inform our team so we can validate that the data is flowing correctly between both systems.

After this step is confirmed, our team will share with you the next steps to be done in order to complete the Onboarding and initial setup process between Vacant and RoomPriceGenie.
