Zavia PMS (En)

This article summarizes all the necessary steps to connect your Zavia account with RoomPriceGenie.

Step 1: Open the RoomPriceGenie Interface in Zavia:

1. In Zavia, go to: Installation → Configuration → System → Interfaces.


2. In the list of available connections, select RoomPriceGenie:

 

Step 2: Enter Credentials

  1. In the Credentials section, enter the following values exactly as provided:

    • Client ID

    • Client Secret

    • Property ID

     

  2. These credentials will be shared by the RoomPriceGenie team via email once your property has been created in our application.

 

Step 4: Send Mapping and Inventory Data

  1. Once the credentials are configured, go to the "Subir Datos" tab.
  2. Click "Empujar".

  1. This will send your inventory information (mappings) to the RoomPriceGenie system.
  2. After this step is completed, please inform our team so we can proceed with mapping on our side.

 

Step 5: Send the “Full Push” (Complete Data Upload)

  1. After the RoomPriceGenie team confirms that the mapping has been completed, repeat the previous step to send availability and rates to the RoomPriceGenie system.

  2. Once this process is executed, please notify the RoomPriceGenie team and wait for further instructions from us.
