This article explains the steps necessary to connect your Cloudbeds account to the RoomPriceGenie RMS.

We have outlined the steps as Option 1 and Option 2 in the following article

Option 1: Connecting via the RoomPriceGenie app:

Setting up multiple properties:

Please be aware, it is only possible to connect to one property at a time with the above setup instructions.

If you have multiple properties and wish to connect all of them to RoomPriceGenie, you would have to do the above steps each time for a new property.

 

How soon will RoomPriceGenie be set up for your account?

Once you have initiated the setup process by completing either Option 1 or Option 2 as described above, a member of the RoomPriceGenie team will reach out to you.

This will be followed by an initial setup call where the RoomPriceGenie team member would try to understand more about your property and set it up to your requirements. 

 

Current Limitations:

At the moment, Room Blocks, Out of Order/ Out of Service and all restrictions should be managed directly within the Cloudbeds platform. We plan to roll out these features in the near future! We will keep you informed. 

 

How to manage user credentials in RoomPriceGenie?

The user who initiates the setup is by default the main account holder in RoomPriceGenie. We call them an ''Admin'' user. An Admin user has the right to invite New Users. To learn more, read this article.

If you wish to delete a user in RoomPriceGenie, follow the steps mentioned below:

  • In your RoomPriceGenie app, Click on Account Settings
  • Click on Users
  • Delete the selected user by clicking on the bin icon

 

How to disconnect RoomPriceGenie from Cloudbeds?

Disconnecting RoomPriceGenie from Cloudbeds is easy and requires only a few clicks.
