How to connect Protel to RoomPriceGenie?
A Sales Manager at RoomPriceGenie will walk you through requesting connectivity with both RoomPriceGenie and Protel. We will then reach out to Protel to enable the connection.
⚠️ Protel Sales will draft a quote and will reach out to you.
Once the contract has been set up. We will request the configuration details from you.
⚠️ Please note Protel takes about 12-14 weeks to process a connectivity request and schedule a date for the setup and installation.
⚠️To enable integration with any Revenue Management System, including RoomPriceGenie, you are required to have the Daily Rate feature activated in Protel. Please contact Protel Support for further assistance if required.
