Little Hoteliers offers the opportunity to enable Reports tab access and visibility directly for the RoomPriceGenie Support team, reducing investigation time and additional steps for clients.
To be able to investigate Revenue or Occupancy discrepancies, RoomPriceGenie Support needs to have access to ‘Reports’ in LittleHotelier.This is something the hotels can grant us with a few easy steps:
Please follow the simple steps explained below.
- Click on your property name at the top right-hand side > Manage users
- Click on the name of the user (email of our user: integrations+XXXX@roompricegenie.com)
- In the Front Desk option, please tick "Reports" as shown in the picture below (highlighted in yellow)
- Please DO NOT activate User Management or any other feature
