PERFORMANCE REPORT

verview

This guide will walk you through how to view the Performance Report in Resly. The Performance Report provides crucial insights into your property’s performance, including monthly revenue, occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR). Understanding these key metrics can help you track and optimise your property’s performance over time.

How It Works

The Performance Report includes data for bookings that are in-house within your selected date range. It calculates revenue based on the daily average rate for each booking. If a booking checks in just before the start of the date range, Resly will prorate the revenue for that booking. The total booking amount will still reflect the full amount, but only the relevant portion will be included in the report. You can view the report in different formats, depending on your preference: Chart, Table, List, or Monthly. Each format displays the same core data but in a different visual representation. This report will include any bookings that are in-house within your date selection and the revenue is calculated on the daily average rate.
