Subscription Pause or Cancellation

Before you proceed with your pause or cancellation, we’d love the opportunity to address any concerns or issues you might be facing. Please note that if you choose to cancel and later decide to resubscribe, a Reconnection Fee of 250 EUR (or equivalent) will apply to cover account reactivation. This fee covers the costs of initiating the integration to your PMS or Channel Manager, mapping the Rooms Setup, and a 1-hour Review Session with our Support/Revenue Management Team.

To avoid this, we suggest temporarily pausing your subscription instead. By doing so, you can keep your account settings and data intact at no extra charge. You have the option to pause your subscription for up to 6 months. Your account will be automatically cancelled if the pause period exceeds this limit.

 

To move forward, please follow the step-by-step instructions below to make the process as smooth as possible:

  1. Log into your account at app.roompricegenie.com.

  2. Navigate to “Account Settings” and select the "Subscription" tab.

  3. You will see the plans and an “Edit Subscription And Billing” button above the plans. Click on it.

  4. Select your current plan when the new window opens.

  5. Click on “Cancel Subscription”, this is also the way to go for pausing.

  6. You will be guided to our cancellation page to provide feedback and complete the process. After confirming your termination, your cancellation will be scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period.
